Everything about Super Mario 64 was near spotless in my opinion. It had a very strong place In my childhood memories!..

Super Mario 64 offered many great aspects of it's generation. The graphics were amazing, the worlds and levels were well thought out and detailed, and the main storyline was very good. Bowser's up to his same old tricks he kidnapped the Princess again and in Super Mario 64 it's one huge quest we embark on to save her. In total there were 120 power stars in various levels, to earn the stars you had to complete a certain task. For some it was gathering 8 red coins, for others it was defeating a boss, and for some it was simply making it to a certain point in the stage, you could also earn a star for collecting 100 gold coins. The game also makes use of the Metal cap, Invisible cap, and the Wing Cap to enhance Mario's abilities for a limited amount of time.The levels were all different and unique in there own ways, some were simpler the others such as the Bomb-omb Battlefield and Whomp's fortress meanwhile other were alot more challenging such as the giant clock level, or the rainbow carpet ride. All in all it had the perfect mix to make it a classic title.
