Better graphics, more secrets, new boss, new additional multi-player game, and all the more fun! :D

Some games suffer through what is called a nostalgia curse. Even when games like "Pong, Breakout, Space Invaders, Centipede, Galaga, Super Pac-Man, Tetris" and the original versions of "Donkey Kong, Bomberman," and "Metroid" are released, very few people will argue that they weren't popular when they were first released, because they certainly were, and they were fun to play for their time. But time didn't treat them kindly, eight of those above games suffered the full effect of the nostalgia curse, most of them eventually winding up as free, online Internet games, which many people consider the lowest form of home game entertainment. While three of those games were revamped, one of them failed drastically (cough* "Bomberman"*cough) while "Donkey Kong" and "Metroid" had to get better graphics, more levels, more tools, more abilities, and more kinds of action before they could be re-released. While this game is a game is one of nostalgia, it doesn't suffer a curse. This game is as fun to play as it ever was. The gameplay is still fun, the characters still perform as uniquely as they ever did, and there are even more new secrets to discover then there were before! For instance, collecting five red coins each stage, and after doing that in each stage and beating the game, there were two Yoshi eggs to find in each stage! Plus the better graphics, enhanced backgrounds, better sound, a new boss, and a few other tweaks such as bigger vegetables, bigger enemies, bigger POW Blocks, plus another health mushroom to collect in each stage, this game was better than it had ever been before! And the multi-player brawl between Mario and Luigi was fun to play to! Nintendo proved that it wasn't just a master at keeping great games great, it was a master of keeping great games relevant and fun to play at the same time! This was a game that I enjoyed playing! Enough said! ;)
