Super Mario Advance or Super Mario Bros. 2 is a story about Mario being stuck in the dream world. You can play as Mario, Luigi, Peach, and Toad. You must beat every level until you make it to the final confrontation against Booger, a big green evil thing. As for the gameplay you must pluck vegetables from the ground and use the as weapons to throw at your enemies. This is definitely unique however this is not a 100% classic Mario game. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but there are not enough similarities between this and games like Super Mario Bros. 3 to make this a true Mario game. Also this game is pretty hard. This game is the exact same thing as the NES version, but now it has its own save system which is pretty nice. Also this game is compatible with sleep mode so you can pause the game and turn off the screen at any time. This game has quite a few shortcoming but if you are looking for another fun side scrolling experience this game isn't a bad choice.
