The first outing as Wario is a rememberable experience.

Well playing as the mirror image of Mario is not as bad as it first sounds for starters he doesn't really play in the same way sure he has the same elements such as jumping and the bad guys who operate in the same way but the point of Wario Land is to collect coins to fund for a new castle after being kicked out of Mario's. You use such attack as body slam to take out your opponent and collect the coins they are hiding. The story is as this goes after losing to Mario in Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins you are left with no home until you come up with the idea of stealing a stolen statue of Princess Peach from the pirates of Kitchen Island and holding it for ransom. The game plays good but Wario reacts to your order a little slow. The graphics are well detailed and there are emotion on character faces. The music is good in some places and bad in others but the sound effect are average. There is only the game here and it is not too long if you are good at these games. Wario's first adventure is good and a great start to a great franchise.
