Nintendo decided to mix it up a little. I wonder what there secret ingredient was?
User Rating: 10 | Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars SNES
After this game everyone learned that Nintendo+Square Soft= the best game ever. Also it is an INCREDIBLE bargain. To buy a Snes and this game would cost you roughly $100. This game caused the Paper Mario series but Paper Mario is only 1/10 as fun as this game. You start as Mario and as usual Bowser kidnaps her. So, Mario goes to Bowser's Castle, beats him up and all is saved, or is it? Suddenly, a humongous sword falls out the sky and you and Princess Peach are separated. You may notice seven(7) stars fall out of the sky during this. I not going any further so I don't spoil the game. I will however say that there are two(2) new characters here, both developed by Square Soft. Also, to add this game has easy flowing game play that at the same time is hardcore (especially with harder techniques such the Super Jump) and has a moderately funny yet also interesting story-line. Along with this it has a decent amount of sidequests, (ie) Yoshi Island. Along with this, we have probably the cachtyest soundtrack for a snes game, ever.
