Super Mario Stirkers is a fast paced sports game that features the Mario characters. This game does have a nice charm about it that can keep you playing for a long time. The animation of the characters is fast and is actually very good. The short cutscenes that occurs after a goal are pretty slim but it doesn't matter too much because it's not part of the gameplay. Usually you can have your own celebrations with your friends. The sound isn't great but for a lot of these sport games the sound isn't great because it isn't a main element of the game. Overall you can beat the game quite quickly but it does have some replay value. It isn't a fantastic game but it is good enough to have as a nice starting game. Hence the special edition pak with the Gamcube.
