Better than expected
The Gameplay in this game is just what you what , fun, fast, and chaotic. The main gameplay is pure arcade soccer, and thats both good and bad. Its good because soccer= fun even for soccer haters, its bad because thats just it. And even though there is several characters they dont really feel different from each other, and some even look like others. Also what makes the game fun, the destruction of the weapons, is limited to few actions. There bomb, koopa shell, star, mushroom, and chain chomp. In other words its not a lot.
The graphics of this game are acceptable. They are colorful and the field is detailed. The character models are acceptable but lack fine detail. So to summarize everything its mario graphics. And if your like me you will notice the framerate. The framerate doesnt really affect anything except its makes short stops for every moment. But like i said before it is not that big of a problem and actually makes the explosions funny because of the slowdown. My real complain about the appearance is that the is a really limited amount of animations. Which also hurts the audio because when you hear the same characters very often it gets freaken annoying. Otherwise the audio and graphics are both attractive.
As you can see by the review i played the game for a good amount of time. The one player mode is good for a couple of hours and they dont really unlock anything worthy, so the highlight is the multiplayer. Especially with four players. So like many mario games its best for a crowd. And it gets some credit for being a good soccer game.
