Gameplay: Anybody who has played FIFA will know how to score goals. Now throw everything else you know about football out the window. No rules! Bash someone into the fence and see them electicuted and scream in that cute Mario way. The single player tournaments are bland and all the same making it more of a chore than rewarding. Yet this game shines in its multiplayer. Not because of anything revolutionary, but because its just plain fun. Take the screaming and hectic laughter of Mario Party and add that to the satisfying and celebratory reactions of scoring a goal in FIFA and you have yourself a room full of people just yelling and having a great time. Perfect for a get together.
Graphics: Not much of an improvement in the general character models seen in the Mario Party series yet some of the environments are so detailed and realistic that they wouldn't feel out of place in a FIFA Street game. The blur effect used in replays is also a nice touch that brings a further FIFA feel thats reminiscent of the technique in FIFA 07 yet slightly cleaner.
Sound: Mario sound effects mixed with slight crowd sound effects. Though its neither dramatic or atmospheric like FIFA. Value: Only play this game if you have 4 controllers and a bunch of friends ready to rumble. For a single player experience this isn't really much fun.
