Can't they use another charecter to put in the name

Well I was talking to a friend the other day and we end up saying that nintendo ONLY used mario as a the main character in a party or sports game with more charecters involved . NINTENDO has all these characters to use like Bowser, Peach, Daisy, Luigi, Waluigi, Shy-guy, Wario, Diddy kong, Bany mario and more. Nintendo please use those characters to name the games. Mario is geting kind of used a lot. Well this game is preety easy( talking about something else) preety simple and well fun to play with friends.=D Well I say good bye here cause my hands are geting tired of writing and I want to relax a little bit.
