To begin lets make one thing clear, I am a huge fan of Mario sports. They are great to simply pick up and play and have a blast and Super Strikers is no different. This game was very simple to just pick up and get right into it. It's a lot of fun especially when playing against a friend. It looks great, the controls are responsive and easy to use and its just an all around fun arcade soccer experience. The major downside to the game is that it doesn't have a real "Mario" feel even though all of the characters are mario characters. What I mean is that its lacking in the mini-games and unlockables that one has come to expect from Mario sport games over the years. There is only one unlockable character in the entire game. There are also unlockable cheats but very few and they don't really add much to the game.The only gameplay options are straight up soccer matches, none of the super fun minigames like we saw in Mario baseball, tennis etc. However despite these shortcomings I assure you that if you like Mario sports or simply like soccer than you will have a lot of fun with this game. It is definitely worth trying out.
