Not as good as Mario 64 but still a good addition to the Mario series.
Graphics: 9 Everything on this island is pretty; characters, enemies, environments. The only thing that holds this back from a 10 is that some textures are quite bland.
Sound: 7 Tropical twists on old songs (a.k.a. good twists on bad songs)
Controls: 7 The jumping and running is smooth and easy but the water squirting is a tad difficult and the camera is always in need of manipulation.
Entertainment: 8 If you don't get put off by the difficulty of some levels then there is a lot of fun to be found.
Overall: 7.6 This game has a lot of eye-candy and I like the varied levels so much that I would want to live on Isle Delfino (if it was real). The only gripes that I have are that the camera is completly horrible and that the later levels are very hard and can get frustrating
