The best 2D game ever!!!

This is my second favorite game of all time second only to Zelda Ocarina Of Time. There were tons of good games for the snes but this is the best of them all. It is so great because it has really good graphics and gameplay and an amazing sound track that really sets the tone for each area it even got released on CD. It probably has the best replayability of any game ive played as it is the most popular speed running game of all time. It also introduced the charge,grapple beam, xray vision, the varia and gravity suit and much more. There was also plenty of really fun bosses one early boss Kraid is about 30 times your size and takes up about 2 screens. You travel through many different types of areas like brinstar a jungle , wrecked ship a ghost ship, maridia an underwater level, and the lava filled norfair. This game also has lots of secrets like energy tanks and missles and other powerups all throughout the game. It has also been chosen as the best game of alltime by many gaming websites and magazines so if you havent played this masterpiece do so now whether you find a snes copy or get it on wii vc.
