A Wii game that is needed in your gaming library when your family is around or when friends are visiting.
If you don't know the past history of the Super Smash Brothers series, its a game that brings all of the famous characters from your favorite games and you beat others to death with them basically. Super Smash Brothers Melee for the Gamecube was just as great. A lot of characters to choose from that kept gamers in the loop when their friends were over or just family members. Brawl, on the other hand, comes back on top with a ton of characters to choose from (I think 40 or so). Some newcomers are Solid Snake, Zero Suit Samus, Cupid, Meta-Knight, a pokemon trainer (he's stupid you basically play as three of his pokemon and you switch between them), Wario, and a bunch more. The graphics are astounding especially when you use the character's super power. Samus + super power = AWESOMENESS!!!!
If I had one BIG problem with this game was the storyline. It wasn't bad but just way to freaking long. You switch around a lot with character groups. It's short (maybe 6-7 hours) but it seems WAY LONGER! It almost became a task rather than enjoyment. Especially in the end when you have to face the dark versions of characters.......good lord. But the enjoyment in the multiplayer is THERE and fantastic. It's fun to play with a group of people than just by yourself since this game is truly made for multiplayer.
OVERALL: Super Smash Brothers Brawl is great. While the single-player "adventure" is dull and longer than it seems, the multiplayer is the reason why to buy this game. You will enjoy yourself, that is without question.
