Even though the Game Cube wasn't the most favorable game system, it still had some great games. Super Smash Bros Melee was one of them. My personal opinion about the game, was that it was one of greatest of all the Game Cube games ever made. I know many people would agree, but there's people who wouldn't. There are many things that make it special. Unlike the sequal, when you did the target practice, each player had a special and unique stage to do it in. For example Young Link had a stage where he could jump from wall to wall, but others had other stages. Super Smash Bros was also the first game in the series to have an Adventure Mode. The Adventure Mode for SSBM was different then the sequal's Adventure Mode. In the Adventure Mode there was different stages where you had to do different types of stuff. For example, on the Mushroom Kingdom stage you had to get to the end of it in a certain amount of time. There were obsticales like Koopa Patropas and Goombas. Also SSBM was the game in the series to have All Star Mode. The All Star Mode in SSBM was similer to the SSBB's All Star Mode, except for you have to battle a bunch of Mr. Game and watches in SSBM's All Star Mode. Super Smash Bros Melee was also special because it was the first game of the series to be on a CD. Another special thing about SSBM was that it was the only game in the series to have the characters Dr. Mario, Mewtwo, Roy, and Young Link. Although many say Mewtwo is just like Lucario, that's false. The only move similer is the Shadow Ball Mewtwo uses and the Aura Sphere Lucario uses. My finale opinion of Super Smash Bros Melee is that it's an awesome game.
