Almost no game on the GCN compares to SSBM, its great in every way.

GAMEPLAY
The controls are responsive, there are lots of modes to play in, Single AND Multiplayer, and its very easy to pick-up and play, but hard to master.

GRAPHICS
The VERY best I have seen on the gamecube, great frame rate, all the characters are smooth, as in not blocky, and every character is extremely detailed, you can see the wrinkles in marios trousers!!!

SOUND
Very good, but really exciting, all of the sound is clear, and the sound efffects like explosions and grunts are good, but the in game music is all stuff you have heard before, but remixed.

VALUE
POrobably were this game excels, there is lots of replay value. There are tons of characters to unlock, lots of modes to play, and the multiplayer is some of the best!

TILT
The game is fun, but the price STILL HASENT WENT DOWN! jeez...

So its basically really good, give it a try.
