I believe that SSB: M is hands down the best Nintendo fighting game, and the most creative, interesting, original, and innovative fighting game you will ever see. The game features over 20 of your favorite Nintendo characters including Mario, Link, Donkey Kong, and Samus. There are several different modes of play. They include an interesting adventure mode, the classic mode, VS., the unlockable All-Star mode in which you must defeat every character in the game with limited recovery, as well as two fun mini-games: Break the Targets, and Home-Run Contest, in which you must see how far you can send a sandbag flying with a baseball bat. In VS. mode, up to four players (unlike the average two players in most fighting games) can go head to head in a free-for-all battle on one of numerous well-known Nintendo battlegrounds, each fully interactive. You can also make teams of 2-on-2 or 3-on-1. There are many famous items from Nintendo games that you can use to aid you in battle including Super Mushrooms, Fire Flowers, Heart Containers, Star Rods, and Ray Guns, just to name a few. These really add a twist to gameplay and are yet another factor which makes this game as fun and interesting as it is. Where else are you going to see a gorilla wearing a Bunny Hood beat a Pokemon sensless with a baseball bat? Another thing that makes this game different from other fighters is that instead of knocking an opponent's health meter down, you rack up the damage percent on them until you are able to send them flying out of the arena into oblivion. The fun doesn't stop there. There are the mini-games as well as trophies that you can collect (over two hundred) from the various modes of play. Plus many unlockable characters, stages, and other things. All-in-all, this is one of the greatest fighting games there is to offer by anybody. I believe that every Nintendo fan who likes fighting games should have this in their collection. It is totally awesome!
