SWAT 3 - GO GO GO
Not many games are like this today, apart from Rainbow Six and games like Ghost Recon, mostly Tom Clancy games, but even they sometimes seem to be just a run and gun. SWAT 3 uses tactical modern day devices and weapons... the choices of your weapons and gear are critical to the mission at hand. Even if the missions are familiar, your missions get tougher and usually vary wether its, securing a bomb, taking down hostiles, sorting a hostage situation. The point of the game was to mostly use your weapons as a scare tactic, not always to use them to kill, maybe to disarm a hostile. How you deal with the situation is up to you... wether you decide to kill all your targets or take them down with a non-lethal shot and arrest them its your choice.
