Great game that will take you on long quests with heart-warming storys.
The Tales series are very much the same with story battle and lots of other aspects. However Legendia takes a different turn on the things that it does.
The Story is about a brother and a sister traveling on a boat until suddenly a storm occurs causing them to land on a boat or ship know as the Legacy, its basically a living world with grass and everything except it moves. Senel must save his sister from all the evil to come.
The Gameplay is differnt in ways and some the same. The Battle System uses a different approach and acts more like a fighting game that an RPG, its really fun and different. Using Special attacks known as Eres to defeat your enemies. You still can cook(known as baking now, although I do not get how you bake a hotdog or hamburger). You also have grade to use at the end of the game. After you complete the main quest which is 30 hours + you really play the 2cd half of the game known as "Character Quests" You go through the path of every character except Senel and Shirly and you found out their history and dreams and encounter really emotional storys, they are really fun and are really deep. The game still has titles and such and they also have an arena opened during the character quest. The CQ(Character Quest) takes another 30 hours to beat so you really playing 70 hours which is awesome and it dosnt drag like other rpgs.
The graphics are cool sporting chibi forms everywhere you go. Though in some games chibi usually is stupid and annoying but in this game goes very well and couldnt be done anyway.
The soundtrack is cool too.
Overall Tales of Legendia is a Great game that will take you on long quests with heart-warming storys.
