A good game with memorable music. The battle system is a little choppy but the story is okay. The anime scenes are done well and the cooking system is fun. There is alot to explore. The only major downfall of this game is knowing where to go and how to play after you've put it down for a while. The character customization rocks but the world map graphics suck. And when I say suck I mean badly. I would rather play an old Snes Rpg than have to see these bland overworld maps from hell. The most redeeming quality of this game and the whole series is that Sakuraba Motoi did the music. Since other games under his wing had good music (Star ocean series, Lunar series, Tales series, Baten Kaitos ect. then it really attests to this games sound track.
