Tales of Symphonia is simply a great game. It looks kind of comical in fashion, but the gameplay behind this and the story that goes along with it is amazing. It is one of the deepest stories I have seen in a video game in a while. It also has so many side quests that it will keep you entertained for a long while. You can also avoid "random battles" which keeps the game from getting boring while traveling like in many games. The story keeps flowing and there never seems to be a dull moment. The AI is battle is very good. It might at first seem disappointing that you can only control one character, but it makes it more fun. The battles move fast and if you set up the other characters properly, they can complement your actions very well. It also makes it easier that you do not have to worry about healing too much in the game, because the other characters will heal for you. The game itself is somewhat easy, but it keeps the flow of the game going. Once you get down your moves in battle, you move through the game pretty consistently. I give this game a 10 for gameplay since it is just plain awesome in design and story. I give it a 9 for graphics because their are few blenishes here and there, but they are still excellent. The sound is fairly common for an RPG, but it works well, so it gets a 9. The overall value is definitely a 10 and the tilt is also. If you do not already have this game, definitely get it. It will keep you entertained for a long time and give you a great memory of a great game. One of the top games on the market for all systems.
