The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles is a great franchise with a so-so Gamecube game.
Sound: Lots of swings. Basically, all you have is robots making noises and the turtles' weapons hiting things. Not good, not bad.
Voices: Now this is where you wish you lost your hearing. The voices in the game are fantastic in the cutscenes, but during gameplay they are a nightmare. Each attack has a turtle saying something and every time you do that attack the turtle will say a line. For example, Michealanglo may use his nunchakus to propell forward like a helicopter and he will say "Eat Feet!" over and over again. This may not seem annoying now, but play the game and you'll see what I mean.
Music: Lets see, the music in this game is like the sound. It fits fine, but does nothing to become better than average.
Gameplay: Personally, I felt that this game was really well done. The levels are very well based on the 2000s tv show and it even has some qualities from the first 3 movies! The gameplay is basically a good "smash-em-up, beat-em-up" and thats ok. The quality that went in to making it seem like the cartoon is so well done, that I can't help, but love the gameplay.
So bascially, TMNT is a good game for the Gamecube, but I may seem biased because I am a huge TMNT fan.
Remember to see the new TMNT movie that comes out on March, 23 2007.
