Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles in Time is a fun fast paced arcade beat-'em-up. I first played the SNES version (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV) and instantly noticed how much more brighter and faster the arcade version is. Compared to the SNES version, the arcade game is shorter by a few levels, and has some different bosses and enemies, so I think it balances out. I like the cheesy enemy screams and voice overs, because it wouldn't be an arcade without them. I found some of the bosses to be real cheap, but then again, if they weren't, the arcade game wouldn't make any money. I recommend this game to anyone who is a fan of beat-'em-ups, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or just having some fun. This game brings back some old memories, and is still fun to play 17 years after it has been released.
