This is my favorite game of all time. The great Tekken 3 solidified my love of fighting games and then some. Before Tekken 3, it was all about Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter, and Killer Instinct. These game were the defining fighting games. It was the games I played before Tekken 3. I have never heard of Tekken before the 3rd installment. The main reason it is my favorite, was the attention to the characters fighting style. Each fighter had his or her own martial art representative of their origin or heritage. Being a very big martial arts fan, this was literally a dream coming true. Motion capture was the great reason behind the fluidity of the characters movements. Sure some of the moves are impossible, but most of it is the closest thing to the real deal. The characters, soundtrack, and the graphical power made this game even better for me. Yeap, Tekken 3.
