Tekken 5 is a great leap from Tekken 4, or from any fighting game in general. One of the greatest things about this game is its value. With all the added bonuses such as the first three Tekken's, the mini-arcade loading screen, and Tekken Devil Within, this game is really worth your money. Tekken Devil Within is like a whole game on its own, with a full 3D Action-Adventure packed game starring one of Tekken's own characters, Jin Kazama. Back to the actual Tekken 5 game, the graphics are just point blank amazing. The best I've seen thus far for the PlayStation 2 console. The fighting engine is very sophisticated, making every combo's and moves enjoyable. Also, each character are all different. The number of combo's per character range from 50 combos to 170. Some characters are more thorough than others in terms of finshing moves, but that's whats unique about the game: Each character is good at certain aspects of fighting. All in all, Tekken 5, with its amazing graphics, outstanding gameplay, sound and value, this game is a must have even for those who never liked fighting games in the first place. However, the game does lack a little with the lack of online play, but certainly, Tekken 5's other cool added bonuses simply make up for that and then some.
