Great Tekken fighting game stripped of a few things

I am a fan of the tekken series of games. I like them, but don't love them. As soon as I found out that takken 5 was coming to PS3 with arcade graphics I jumped on the chance to own it. What I got was a great fighting game that was sadly stripped of the story features and endings that existed in the other versions. The graphics are overall good but don't really show off what the PS3 is able to do. There are a lot of fighters, and they (mostly) all work differently. The sound is nothing to write home about but gets the job done nicely.

The Good:
Tekken fighting goodness, nice graphics, good selection of fighters, short load times, cheap for it's value

The Bad:
Story mode stripped of its story elements, doesn't innovate anything.

I like this game, but I don't love this game. It is cheap and very good for it's price, but don't expect the world.

  Tekken 5 is a lot of fun, but its bare-bones mode selection and high price tag make it a harder pill to swallow.

  Not the greatest of ports but it’s budget price-tag makes it a must-buy for anyone with a console and a connection
