The original tekken is not the best, but it is still worth your time.

The first tekken was pretty interesting to play as the games today are very different from it. The top notch features are the amount of characters, the game play in story mode and vs. mode, and the graphics as they looked very well for the time. My gripes with the game are that there are not many modes, the movies were honestly a little odd, the lack of other ways to play, and it was pretty damn hard. It starts off pretty easy, but then it to me has a odd change from easy to hard as it goes right into hard. But this game is very fun and it would be cool to have in your collection if you are going for completion or just to experience the original game. I would recommend getting this game for any reason as it was probably the best fighting game at the time.
