The original Tekken doesn't look like much anymore, mainly with its bad graphics (by today's standards) bland textures, techno music, and small amount of characters, BUT this game is still one that should be remembered for starting the Tekken series on the right foot. The cinema scene at the beging was very impressive for its day. Also, each character had its own story, much like Mortal combat, except a little better IMO. Each character has many different combos and moves that they can pull off, and they all vary between the different characters, which range from a robot named JACK to a maksed wrestler named King. The cabnet saves most wins, best times and highest scores as well, which can lead to some nice replay value. Most arcades that actually still have this game only charge 25 cents, so go play it!!!!! MAME can play it as well.
