Temple Run is an addictive adventure based game which is reminiscent of games like the popular Tomb Raider and Crash Bandicoot which were successful games on consoles like the Sony PlayStation. The game works by using the touchscreen to control the character through an adventure in a number of exotic locations. The controls are very simple, making it even more addictive. The character in the game is constantly running and you simply swipe the screen left or right to turn, and up or down to jump or slide in order avoid obstacles like fallen trees, flames and crevices.In conclusion, I have nothing bad to say about this game, especially as it is available for free. Although games like this are a far cry from console games, it is still a lot of fun, and ideal if you have some time to kill when out and about as you can simply take your iPhone 4S out of your pocket and be playing within seconds.
