ok-game if you're into ninjas
The game's story-mode is built up out of 10 chapters. Each one took me about an hour to complete, but it's all trial and error, so when you master this game you can complete a mission in say 15-20 minuted.
the game is all about stealth; not being seen and ambushing the enemy guards. As a ninja you navigate through bushes and shadows and when you get close to a guard you simply push the a-button and do some motion-gesturing to violently dispose of them. you get to use all sorts of ninja equipment such as shuriken, smoke bombs and best of all a ninja-cat. There are some level bosses which you have to fight using a sword. It's a bit like the Red Steel game, only better, and requires some quick reflexes.
The game is set in feudal Japan, which is great, but it all takes place during nighttime, so it's also very dark. Character models and animations are done nicely.
In order to progress through this game you really need some patience and have fun in figuring out the best way to go unnoticed. This is not really cut out for me and i found myself going back to walkthroughs on the internet all the time.
So, this is a great game if you like ninja's and stealth, but if you want to see some action, you're better off playing Red Steel 2 or Muramasa, the Demon Blade.
