Tenchu Z places you in the role of ninja warrior that can be changed to suit your own taste including gender, dress and physical characteristics. The storyline is simple, you are a ninja warrior sent out on a mission to carry out an assassination. The first few missions are fun and interesting, after that, they become repetitive, using the same locations, and characters over and over again. The only differences in missions are the name and location of the target. The environments, what few there were, were interesting but small and the character graphics were reasonably well done. The character movement, however, seemed a little too simple.

Personally the game reminded me of a low budget movie where they filmed the first couple of scenes, ran out of money, and then continued show the same scenes over and over again until they filled up time span. The creators of this game seemed to have the same "go ahead and market it, nobody will notice" type attitude. This game actually had me looking on the package for money back satisfaction guarantee.
