They should have killed off the series or put much more into focus later on in the series while it was still good however one thing that really irritated me was the central focus on the character's helpless behavior like she was on the verge of having climax all the single time which was furiously annoying.

*SPOILERS*
There are many people who are irritated by the protagonist because of the underdeveloped character of having portray Aya a veteran of NYPD and a professional Mitochondria expert as a little girl, the reason for this is because the central character in it self is not Aya. It is actually Eve whom she overdived few years before the twisted incident into Aya's body.

I can understand this however there are many scene later that makes the game look like a teenage soap opera, whatever happened to eerie atmosphere of parasite eve as you investigate abhorrent transformation of human genetics as an error that transforms into nightmarish creatures, there are used to be discussions of Richard Dawkin's selfless gene which hints the creator's knowledge of genetic structures and biology. Overall this game is only worth paying for if you are a devoted fan of Parasite Eve however as a warning this is the worst installment in the series.
