While the singleplayer is by no means revolutionary, the multiplayer almost makes up for it, not to mention hours of fun

User Rating: 8.5 | The Conduit WII
The singleplayer game in The Conduit is averaged out into nine missions spanning into about a 5 -10 hour experience (based on skill). While this is much dissapointing, I also feel that the devlopers could have put a better storyline (you'll have a hard time figuring what the game is about). On the bright side, what makes this Wii Shooter so good is it's controls. The Wii certianly nails what FPS' should be about, controls and fun! You can tweek the controls every minute you want, you can tweek the difficulty, and a lot of other things. But who cares about the singleplayer when you have probally some of the best "Nintendo" multiplayer ever!

The mulitplayer in The Conduit isn't comparible to Halo in every way, but it still can put up a fight. The battles are frantic, fast paced, and there's plenty of maps for you to Snipe, go Kamakazi (doesn't work much in The Conduit), or even go out, use cover, and kick some ass. It never gets old, it never gets boring and that adds just so much replay value to The Conduit. I wish there were more cheats in mulitplayer, more sniping places, and a function of Wii Speak in a WorldWide match, but I'm happy enough knowing that Wii owners have not only a competitive shooter, but a great fun one as well!
