Don't Hate: It's a Good Game

I completely disagree with the gamespot rater. This game came out when I was very young and I had trouble understanding the story and the objectives. Then I came back a few years later and played it through.

The initial story line is the same as the movie Armageddon. There is an asteroid headed for earth and astronauts need to plant bombs inside of it. It starts off slow but the story quickly turns. The characters were very stereotypical but that was expected. I definitely enjoyed the story and the ending.

Some of the puzzles can be very confusing and difficult. A walk-through is probably needed to relieve frustration and speed things up. You also may want scratch paper and a pencil in some parts for references.

The graphics are okay. Not bad for its time. I enjoyed the voice acting and animations.

The people who didn't like the game most likely quit in the first couple hours of playing. It's not perfect, but I think it's worth starting and finishing. The ones who managed to play the game to completion view it as a classic that few appreciate.
