At first, Morrowind may seem a bit dull, as you start out, but after that, it can only go uphill, basically the premise of the game is to let players loose in a very large enviroment, and do what they see fit, they wanna follow a storyline? It's there for them if they want it, and actually very good too, but nothing quite satisfies that evil little voice in your head, like completley slaughtering an entire village of people. Exploration is one of the funnest parts of the game, there are dungeons, and tombs absoloutley everywhere, and you never know what lies inside, is it full of monsters, or a treasure trove? Will you find something to advance the storyline, or start a completley new one, to do everything in Morrowind will take a long time, and that's a very good thing, Morrowind provides hours and hours of entertainment, getting bored of walking around? Why not go wreak total havoc on Balmora, or perhaps Vivec, if you're up to it? Beware though, actions have consequences, by rampaging through the cities, you will most likley end up killing a key character to the storyline somewhere, but it's all good, even so, you can still get plenty of entertainment out of the game without the main storyline.
