This game is a masterpiece, an absolute masterpiece, it has what no other xbox RPG can offer, a wealth of FREEDOM!!!

I bought my xbox 360 recently, I have one game, just have a guess, yes its Oblivion Collectors edition of course, so now I have decided to write a review of one of my all time favourite games and a game I can never forget!

MORROWIND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It doesnt just set the precedent for RPG gaming on the xbox it exploits and insults all around it and shows you just how little effort goes into most modern RPG's.

I started the game off marvelling at the graphics, the freedom, what should i do, the answer was simple, anything i want, kill an orc with an axe, steal a pitcher from an elf, anything you want, I like that, some people may like to be prodded like cattle into playing the kind of RPG's which are very linear and have literally no sidequests or FREEDOM but this suits my style down to the ground.

The story i feel is what you make it, my lasting memories are of dwemer ruins and being in the thieves and fighters guild (i just havent got the patience to become a mage, maybe one day)

I played this game for hours and hours, sometimes I just couldnt put the pad down, the main storyline i thought was pretty good, not amazing but certainly with all the other content involved in the game who cares?

I dont want to do your standard Gameplay, graphics, value for money review, I wanna explain my belief in games of the RPG genre should all take note from great games like this one, there are many ingredients for a great RPG, i feel they are longevity, storyline, gameplay and epic greatness, also replay value is up there as an important factor.

Could i play Morrowind again? Probably not, its just too huge, it would take too much out of me, but it doesnt take away from the value for money as you have here hours of brilliant and challenging RPG gameplay for a good price.

It has epic greatness by the bucket load, the music is really immersive and atmospheric, this game is a masterpiece, because of daggerfall and its other predecessor it cant quite be labelled as revolutionary, what it did was bring PC powered RPG gameplay to the console and boy was i grateful....
