This game is aboslutly amazing!!!! from the mintue i started playing it, i couldn't get off. Unlike Oblivion, Morrowind starts off very slow and has little quests for u to do. It take very long periods of time in Morrowind. Now in Oblivion, there is fast travel allowing you to go from one place to another fast(obviously) and ride horses making it very useful. There are many many quests in the beginning of Oblivion. You can enter the Arena or chose from any of the Guilds. Another thing is....the graphics. They are amazing. You serisouly feel like you are in a forest. The clouds are real looking, the grass moves, tress have bark texture. Simply amazing! Another great feature in this game is the ability to create your own very unique character allowing you to change his race, gender, abilitles, and even facial looks( skin tone, hair color, dimples...etc). Your character progresses slowly as you use the skills you want him to get good at. Ok, so the main plot is that the king is dead and Oblivion gates are opening up across the land. You alone with others must help close the gates. I highly recommend this game to anyone. Even if you don't think that you will like it, you should give it a try.
