Why the hell is this game so good?
But man once i gave this game a chance.. i just couldn't look back! It has such addictive gameplay qualities! It lets you do whatever you want, and usually when games do this, its kind of a pain in the ass because you aren't always sure exactly where to go, or what missions will grant you which path through the game. This game does open-ended gameplay the way it was meant to be!! You can travel nearly anywhere and find something to do.. often neglecting the main quest for quite some time (I have a friend who has played this for 50-60 hours and still hasn't gone as far as i have in 30 hours!).. and whenever you are ready to move back onto it, just check your journal/map for 1 minute and you can not only figure out the point you are in the mission, and where to travel next, but you can full on warp to any location that you have already been to.
God i love this game.. it is best described as a single player RPG that plays similar to an MMO, but removes all the annoying bits! FANTASTIC!
