i hav had incredible amount of hype for this game and this game met my hype. it was everything and more than i hoped for. if you played morrowind, you will be able to dive into this game quickly. oblivion has a different "level up" than most rpgs. you level up by using a skill constantly. it also makes sense, i mean you are not going to get better unless you constantly use it. the world is so large and its so much easier to travel. all the major cities are already on the map and you can instantly transport there. you can also ride horses!!!! character creation is absolutely huge, including many different races, birthsigns, and etc. graphics are amzing except sometimes slow framerates. also the combat has changed as well, the block is no longer a skill and becomes intergral part of your combat. this game will give you automatic 40+ hours and over 100 if you want to do everything. with that much playing time from a single game and amzing sound, graphics, gameplay, you hav a game to buy now
