If you want more of the same great gameplay you have come to know from Oblivion, then download The Shivering Isles expansion, you will not be dissapointed at all. On the flipside, if you did not like Oblivion (I do not like RPG's at all but I loved Oblivion, you'd have to be out of your mind not to), then there is nothing here to change your mind. Graphics are great, as well as sound (although the Prince of Madness is annoying just as they say, but that's kind of the point). So in short, 99.9% of people will love this very well made add-on to Oblivion.
