Most addictive game I've played in a long time.

Oblivion is just one of those games that when you start, you aren't going to be able to stop until you've done every quest available. There is so much to do in Oblivion I don't really know where to start. When you first start the game, it does a good job of teaching you how to play the game and what the controls are. Some of the in-game menus might be a little confusing at first but with time they're easy to catch onto. Oblivion is a great game because instead of the same monsters being in the same place 24/7 the game levels with you. Which means if you decided to go into a cave when you're level one and find a few rats, when you come back as a level 15 there will probably be a couple dozen bandits in there instead. Once done exploring you have quite a long main quest line ahead of you. When doing the main quest you should really pay attention to Martin. He has a great character development throughout the whole game. If you finish the main quest right away then don't worry, you still have five more major things to do. You have the fighting Arena, which, after you complete, you'll be swimming in the cash. Then you have the Mage's, Thieve's, Fighter's, and Dark Brotherhood guilds to complete. All of these have a fair amount of game play time to them with some interesting plots and twists. I don't want to give anything away but the Dark Brotherhood is one of those groups that, once you finish, leaves you standing with your jaw dropped. Oblivion gets a 9/10 in my book. It's well worth your time and money if you decide to buy it.
