My first impression this game was OMG. This game is one of the most impressive RPG I ever played!!! From the developers of Bethesda, they have really did a really amazing masterpiece. The main story is stopping these Oblivion gates, which are these portal that lets demons out. But beside the main quest, there are many many side quest for you to do. You can do many things like join a guild, helping people do errands, explore the lush enviroment, go gamble money in the gladiator arena, talk to thousands of people, or just go around leveling up. You can play for many hours without even touching the main quest. When you start out the game you can choose from 10 races Argonian, Breton, Dark Elf, High elf, Imperial, Khajiit, Nord, Orc, Redgaurd, or Wood elf. You can change the look of your character's face from hair style, gender, the shape of his face, etc. You also need to choose which skills he/she is good at like if you want your character to focust fighting you choose Blade or Blunt. What I love about this game and what makes Oblivion so good is that vast open world. There are many places to explore like dungeons, open forest, moutains, caves, lakes, and many more. It seems like the game is like a breathing world. You can just walk up to the peak of a moutain and just look through the scenery and the miles of landscape. The enviroment is also really well done with a lot of precise detail which makes the enviroment look realistic and natural. The gameplay in this game works really well. You play through this game in first person mode or third person which you can change by just clicking the right thumbstick. In combat you block with the left trigger and attack with the right trigger. Each jump or swing you make drain your energy which is called Fatigue in this game. You can purchase many items like swords, armor, potion, spells. etc. The graphic in this game is amazing. You can see the crack on the dirt road with great amount of details. The character modeling and faces look is really well done. The sound adds on to the game epic feel. All of the music is done by orchestras and fits in with the game at the right time. The voice acting is really well done. There are plenty replay value as you heard me earlier. This game will keep you indoors for more then 100 hours I predict. There is just so much things to do and to explore. Also to add on to your experience you can buy extra weapons etc, in the Microsoft Market Place. Overall this game is just really amazing. I highly recommend this to anybody who like RPGs or anybody who wants to play a really long game.
