I bought this game a while back at a time in my life when I had a lot of time to kill and little else to do. In that aspect it does not disappoint. Only thing I did not like was how much gold coins I had to save up (in game) to purchase a horse as distances between locations was massive. It wasn't uncommon, when huffing it on foot, to run across some random bandit or mage trying to steal my stuff, or, troll, grizzly bear or dog-sized lobster that would try to eat me. I thought with a horse, I could avoid all this, and I did for the most part.
When I finally saved up 1000 coins, I went to the dealer and got my horse. Me and my noble steed would go riding off on adventures and quests. But upon arriving at the destination, the horse would, when I dismounted, immediately do a u-turn and start heading back towards Whiterun, or wherever I got him from. I found this to be very frustrating. It was only after I discovered fast travel that I decided to ditch the horse entirely and spontaneously show up at places on foot.
Unfortunately, there was no in-game option to put him up for sale. Aside from that, a good game indeed.
