It had the surprise and twists but the delivery was modest (and that's a complement)

Skyrim, a very anticipated game and one of the best medieval games to play. This game had all the amazing graphics, interesting quests, and refreshing combat. The game fell short to the main story. If you just only played the main quest line you would complete in a number of days. The characters don't have any humanity, they are all zombies hitting the earth floor. Characteristics of a lot of the main characters have some power and emotions ,but you don't feel anything when an important figure dies. You just glide through this monotonous valley full of cliffs,ice caps,rivers, and small towns to find a substantial relief of discovery. Skyrim got old for me quick after beating dragons after dragons.This game does make you quickly fascinated with the atmosphere,the combat style, and killing dragons. I feel that this game has the stuff to steal your eyes for several days ,but it's just pretty from the outside and boring from the inside. I give it 5.0 rating because it evenly good. The pros and cons are similar in numbers. These developers did play lots of attention to little details. Even in the dark the land is beautiful, the fire looks legitimate and the weapons look precise.
