I'll speak in general.

This game looks beautiful and you just enjoy the city.

Gameplay is good. You are the boss of the family. You can take care of business yourself or send people to help you. This is strategic part of the game. But in many cases you should handle it yourself. There are different types of the weapons in this game and different types of close combat. You can make sidequests (people ask for a favour, because you are the boss), rob banks, fight police or even army. So it brings fun.

Storyline is awesome! In what game can you shoot Cuba's leader? :)

Voice acting in this game is not bad, but could be much better.

Music deeps you in atmosphere of those times.

If you want to feel all atmosphere of those times and feel like you are the boss of the family this game is for you.
