This game has a special place in my heart, and in my opinion,a keeper. I go back and play it again at least once a year.

In my opinion, this game is great, relaxing fun, and a keeper. It was the first video game I ever played and what gave me my love of action RPG. Since then I have beaten such games as* POP-first 2, working on the 3rd * GOW I, haven''t started II yet * both Champions * all JAKs * LOTR all 3 from movies, and many more of the type, but still go back and play "The Hobbit " at least once a year and love it all over again. Some people think it's lame, but I don't agree. It is a little cartoony and such compared to the others, but fun all the way through. It's a nice relaxing game to play when you want to beat the boredom, but not to get so stressed out that relaxing is a NOT. I would recommend that you rent it, or buy it cheap if there are no rentals available, and give it atry with an open mind. Have fun, and relax !
