An absolute gem of a game!

The Last of Us is a fantastic game. From the beginning of its marvelous, heartfelt story to the conclusion, it keeps you hooked. The gameplay is top-notch and immersive. At first sight, the gameplay may look similar to a game like Gears of War, but it is much different in retrospect. The game makes you feel like a survivor in a post apocalyptic world using everything you can to survive. Low on ammo? Throw a brick and try to tackle an enemy in this manner.
The characters of Joel and Ellie are amazing as well and there is no doubt that by the end of the game, you will feel for all of the characters involved in this game.
The multiplayer is awesome as well and will definitely keep you hooked for a long, long time, as it brings the tension and excitement from the single player in its full form.
Overall, The Last of Us is a masterpiece. It is the game of the year for sure (until now) and you will fall in love with it.
