In its day, Legend of Dragoon was amazing. One of the best games I've ever played for the original Playstation.

The Legend of Dragoon is one of the most amazing RPGs I have played. Compared to current-gen and next-gen consoles, some may think differently, but for its time, Legend of Dragoon was great. The cut scenes were spectacular, the gameplay and story line was great, and the music was not bad actually. I don't really know how to compare it to today's games, whether you would see it as any good, but it was an excellent game when i played it back four or five years ago. It's a good game that has some length to it. If you're unsure about buying it if you haven't, maybe rent it first. Test out some of the uniqueness. I would really like to see a sequel to this game for Playstation 2/3 but I don't think im going to see one. I think however it wouldn't be a bad idea. I'd buy it. To end off the thing i'll say that impressed me with this game when I first played it, was the way you have to time and tap i guess you could put it, to get a critical hit. You have more control over your battles then in a lot of different games. I loved the battle system, the graphics were nice, and the gameplay was great aswell.
PS: I Would have rated graphics somewhere from 7-8 but since the cutscenes were so well done, I decided to up it to 9. ^.^
