Never have I encountered a game this complex and innovative since Final Fantasy 7 and 8. But this game just soars past them as a personal favorite. The unique plotting, battle system and characters are just amazing. The enemies in the game are incredibly designed and the backgrounds and story locations are beautiful, crisp abd lush. Not to mention the magic you have at your disposal. I mean, transforming into a legendary warrior with the ability of flight, unimaginable magic and special techniques. The way the story starts off is so tight. And the way they make the whole concept about "Fate" is awe-inspiring. The game lasts long and keeps you entertained every second of every disc. They tell the story in such a complexly simplistic way that you could understand if you just pay attention. The way you attack exceeds the typical "press one button and attack" system with a new more interesting way. Time-based is real good to get your reflexes up and also allowing you to deliver more damage to your opponent. A masterpiece of epic proportions. Plain and simple.
