Not worth buying... and possibly not even renting.

This game is so mind-numbing I can hardly find the words. A linear RPG with a an old and predictable battle system, that the game itself would make you believe is the most difficult thing ever created. The story is choppy as the dimwitted hero's are constantly diverted from their goal in an annoying attempt to drag the story and game out for as long as possible.

And the inability to wonder semi freely in the world is a bit stifling as well. You cannont wander off the beaten path even if a road forks, as your characters will stop you from going the wrong way. Apparently it wasn't well thought out that maybe us gamers may want to go our own way around, or do extra fighting to level up. But alas, doomed to town from town to town missions. I'd say this game is not worth buying... maybe renting... And thats only if you enjoy having your intelligence questioned.
