Decent game, if you like short games with confusing levels and good graphics to pick up where the gameplay lacks.

The first time I played this game.
I was like, "alright, let's crack this case open and get this done."
It looked wonderful; impressive at first.
Spyro was a cute little crocodile puppy, no big deal, in my opinion it was a little improvement from the first.
But then, I got, about, halfway through the game-- about somewhere near that at least.
Then it got repetitive. Gems with the sole purpose of energy.
Deadly water you can't even flippin' swim in.
And the god-danged apes, oh man.....They were absolutely TERRIBLE when it came to Enemy AI. You'd be okay, jumping, mèleeing them.....but you get on the ground and all of a sudden, you've got 10 apes on top of you who won't let you get off the GOD-DANGED GROUND!
It was a short game. Fun, good graphics-- excellent storyline. It picked up in the gameplay and storyline which the originals somewhat lacked. Back to the short point, though. Who's bright Idea was it to give the game FOUR GOD DANG CONFUSING LEVELS WHICH MAKE YOU GO IN CIRCLES FROM THE PATHWAY ARRANGEMENT? It took me flipping seven playthroughs to memorize what I was even supposed to do, and I still can't remember half of the time!
Basically, all in all, it makes a great story, mediocre game though.
Time taken to beat it at first was around 7 hours and 9 minutes.
It takes about 3 hours or so now to beat it if the goddang apes don't kill you along the way a lot.
All in all, I suggest you rent it if you're good at action games and not much of a platformer fan.
